The California Association of State Auditors (CASA):

•  Provides training classes to increase auditor technical and analytical skills.

•  Sponsors educational seminars and meetings.

•  Promotes the understanding and use of audit services.

•  Provides a forum for the exchange of audit experience, information and ideas.

•  Conducts peer reviews for state audit groups.

​​​​CASA is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State Boards of Accountancy have the final authority on the acceptance of individual course for CPE credit.
